- Benchmarking and reviewing salaries and benefits in line with industry standards, making recommendations for change and implementation of agreed enhancements.
- Being aware of new employment legislation, ensuring management is kept up to date with current legal issues relating to their staff, ensuring it is interpreted and applied correctly
